The huge majority of Manhwas use their verticality to create adrenaline-filled scenes , and this feeling will simply get lost in Anime format. (It definitely is one of the reason as to why the Anime of Solo Leveling will most probably fail.) The others just have good Arts and/or Korean/Chinese cliches , which are unorthodox and refreshing for someone used to Japanese ones. The only ones i could see being actually good would be those who are more on the psychological aspect. (Like Bastard , Flow (Which was considered as the Korean Steins;Gate back then) , The Horizon...) |
